Nicole founded Terradare in 2015 to provide efficient and reliable services to businesses who want to do more and grow faster using less time, money and energy to get there. As a "go-to" expert in mapping systems, managing data and finding efficiencies, Nicole provides clients with solutions for streamlining sales and marketing operations to ultimately surface actionable data, and do more with less.
Her experience includes 15+ years of SalesForce administration and support of Sales and Service cloud for small, medium and large businesses. Additionally, Nicole continues to tap into experience to serve clients efficiently by bringing to the table, the value-add of managing instances of Pardot, Hubspot, MailChimp, Zapier, Zendesk, Podio, Microsoft SQL, G-Suite, Office 365, Klipfolio, Cyfe and Shopify stores.
Christina Sheffield, Project Manager
Christina joined Terradare in 2019 to provide planning, scoping, and management of client projects. As well as leading and guiding the work of the Terradare team, she serves as liaison between the business and the client to ensure (1) requirements are scoped and (2) requirements are fulfilled as per the client agreements. She is responsible for all aspects of projects, planning project stages and assessing business implications for each stage, and monitoring progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Her extensive background in technology includes experience across North America, with driving the design and implementation of custom systems for police forces, training for the Canadian Firearms Registration System (CFRS) system and leading the implementation of an enterprise work order system at the City of Raleigh, NC.
